The Bryan County Bark Park announces its fourth annual “Howl-o-ween” BYOD (Bring Your Own Dog) ghoulish outdoor event featuring fancy dressed Halloween dog competitions at 6 p.m. Thursday, October 27 at Fish Tails. The event helps raise funds to maintain the park and keep the facility free and open for all to enjoy.
