Day Trip To Ossabaw Island

Spend a day on Ossabaw Island, Georgia’s third largest barrier island.  Travel by pontoon boat across Ossabaw Sound. Cruise up into Bradley River near Ossabaw's beach, then travel to the island’s North End, to enjoy an interpretive history tour.  Bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy on tables under the trees or on the porch of the 1890s-era Club House.  After lunch, there will be time to wander the North End on your own, before returning to the mainland.

Date:  Saturday ,April 29,   10:0am-4:00pm  (approximately)

Who should attend: All are welcome.  Reservations and prepayment required. Minors must be accompanied by supervising adult.  Recommended for age 12 and up.

Other:  Bring your own lunch and water/beverage.  Trip occurs rain or shine, unless canceled by the boat captain due to weather advisory. Depart and return via Skidaway Island, Savannah, Georgia.

Fee:  $85.00    Fee includes transportation by boat to and from Ossabaw Island, admission to Ossabaw Island and interpretive tour of Ossabaw Island’s North End.  Reservations and prepayment required. No onsite registrations.
