ARTWORK STATEMENT: Dancers is a piece inspired by my friend, who competes in Ballroom Dancing. Through this work, I hope to invite the viewer into the colorful and intense dialogue of the ballroom, where every gaze and touch tells a story of partnership. I was inspired by the color and flow of her dress.
