The Arts on the Coast (AOC) quarterly meeting has been moved to December 1, taking place from 6–8 PM at the Richmond Hill City Center (520 Cedar Street). This meeting is the ideal time for members to pick up artwork from the Lore show and drop off new pieces for the upcoming exhibit. Important reminder: Please do not pick up artwork early from the City Center to avoid leaving empty wall spaces during their ongoing events.

Artwork Drop-Off Options
If you cannot attend the quarterly meeting, artists may drop off new work at the following times:
November 20 or 21, 10 AM–2 PM
AOC Gallery / Richmond Hill Visitor’s Center

(Please label and carefully wrap your artwork for transport.)

Additional drop-off and pickup options at the Richmond Hill City Center:

Pop-Up Holiday Art Market During ArtNite
In conjunction with ArtNite, AOC will host a Pop-Up Market at the City Center:
• Friday, December 12, 5:30–8 PM
(Artist setup begins at 3 PM)
• Saturday, December 13, 10 AM–2 PM

Artists must be present or provide someone to staff their table. The City Center will supply rectangular tables, but artists should bring displays, tablecloths, and any additional setup materials. Sales can be processed through your own payment system (Square, Venmo, etc.), or AOC can run transactions on your behalf (payouts occur the following month). This is a great opportunity to sell prints, small works, note cards, tea towels, and other small items.

Participation fee: $45 (waived for artists already exhibiting work in ArtNite).
Please notify AOC if you plan to participate so a table can be reserved.
All artwork must be appropriate for a public, city-run venue.

If you join AOC now, your membership will be valid through 2026. Current members renew in January—make it easy on yourself and renew early!
