Create. Imagine. Inspire.
The ultimate summer art adventure returns this June with Junior Arts on the Coast Art Camp, a week-long creative experience designed to ignite imagination and build artistic confidence in young creators.
Taking place June 8–12, 2026, camp will be held at the John W. Stevens Wetlands Education Center (500 Cedar Street, Richmond Hill, Georgia). Surrounded by the natural beauty of the wetlands, students will draw inspiration from both environment and instruction as they explore a diverse range of artistic mediums.
Campers will experiment with:
• Graphite and charcoal drawing
• Ink techniques
• Watercolor painting
• Mixed media and crafts
• Sculptural projects
• And, more hands-on creative exploration
All supplies are included, along with a camp t-shirt—because this is a “dress for a mess” kind of week.
Camp Schedule is as follows:
• Rising 2nd–5th Grade: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Rising 6th–8th Grade: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Each session is structured to provide age-appropriate instruction while encouraging experimentation, creative risk-taking, and individual expression. Whether your child is picking up a sketch pencil for the first time or already filling sketchbooks at home, Junior Arts Camp fosters skill development in a supportive, engaging environment.
Junior Arts on the Coast is proudly sponsored by Arts on the Coast and the Richmond Hill, reflecting a shared commitment to arts education and community enrichment.
Space is limited. Families are encouraged to register early to secure a spot in what promises to be a vibrant, creative week.
